AP biology have needed help I was wondering .... I answered all the others, but I can not understand this ... any help is appreciated!

We have to germinate a laboratory in cell respiration and peas, and not the peas and sprouted grains. The question is: "Designing an experiment to examine the types of peas repiration cells that germinated for 0, 24, 48and 72 hours. What results can we expect? Why?
